Emily Lynn Jordan, 13, of LaGrange went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, October 18, 2011, at 10:20 a.m. in her residence.
She had attended Wolcott Mills School in Wolcottville. She also attended Vineyard Christian Fellowship in Rome City.
Emily was born March 7, 1998, in LaGrange to Jeffery and Traci (Miller) Jordan. They survive in LaGrange.
Also surviving are five brothers, Brett Jordan, Graham Jordan, Kerry Jordan, Dylan Jordan, and Matt Weible, all of LaGrange; maternal grandmother, Cathy (Jack) Keiser of Rome City; maternal grandfather, Eugene Miller of Ontario; paternal grandparents, Robert and Suzanne Jordan of LaGrange; maternal great grandmother, Maxine Bloomfield of Rome City; paternal great grandmother, Betty Barr of Wolcottville; aunts and uncles, Kerry Miller of Rome City, Scott Miller of Wolcottville, Ashley Keiser of Rome City, Jack Keiser, II of Rome City, Scott (Lisa) Jordan of Wolcottville, Kenny Jordan of South Milford, and Peggy (Randy Mueller) Marks of LaGrange; and many cousins.
She was preceded in death by maternal great grandfather, Clarence Bloomfield , and paternal great grandfather, Earl Jordan.
Funeral services will be Friday, October 21, 2011, at 10 a.m. in Vineyard Christian Fellowship, Rome City, with Pastor Steve Herendeen officiating. Burial will be in Woodruff Cemetery.
Calling is Thursday, October 20, 2011, after 2 p.m. in the church.
Preferred memorials are to the family.

I am so very sorry to hear this news. Emily was such a tough girl, she was a fighter. Words can not express how sorry I am to hear of her passing. what i meant was when you and emily came over to grannys all the time and mom and i came over all the time and me and emily would play all the time.
