My condolences to the entire Shook family. I have many memorable years working with Bob and Mary Lou. I worked for Bob in the summers tending his gardens then in the restaurant during high school. I got to know the family pretty well. Mary Lou was so nice and hard working. She would bus tables, seat people and just talk to people that came into Shook's. Bob and Mary Lou were such nice people. Sending prayers to the family during this difficult time. Remember all the fond memories and have comfort knowing you'll be reunited with her someday.

Mary Lou was such a wonderful lady; she was friendly and kind to my family all the countless times we had meals at Shook's. My Dad, Sherri and I would eat there at least once a week when it was Dad's turn to "cook". You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Lisa (Lowder) Wolf
