Shirley was a one of a kind and special person who told it like it was. Those who were fortunate enough to meet her never forgot her. Through the years I remember all the times we spent laughing, crying and reminiscing, I will miss those times and her special laugh. My sympathies to Tim, Kelly, JoAnn, Boni, Albert and her grandchildren, all who loved her dearly. Take peace in knowing she's with Tony and the Angels and was loved in her time while here with us.

Tonja, Madison and Morgan, you have my deepest condolences for the death of your mother-in-law/grandmother. I know how much Tony loved you all, and what a wonderful job that you, Tonja, did raising your beautiful daughters without him. Now Tony and his Mom are together again, and their three girls have TWO guardian angels. You have handled all your losses with love and grace. I love you.

To Shirley's family, I would like to extend condolences for the loss of Shirley. She was my mother's room=mate at Kingston, and she and my mom were great friends. Shirley looked after my mom like a sister. My family thought the world of her. May God grant you all strength and courage as well as peace and comfort.. Rest in Heaven, Shirley.

So grateful that I had the opportunity to say goodbye at your farewell party. What a way to say goodbye to this life, with all of those who loved you surrounding you. To my brother Timo and sister Kelly, I am so thankful to have your family blocks away, and that we have the most amazing, close family to get you through this difficult time. All my love!

Shirley, Little did I know when we spoke on Saturday that would be our last goodbye to one another. At least we ended with "I love you". I'm so sorry the girls and I were not given the opportunity to say good bye to you. I'm also so sorry that none of us were mentioned in your obituary. Morgan Grace was your name sake and you knew it and loved her and Madison with all your heart. You were a wonderful grandmother to both of them. I could not have asked for a better mother-in-law. And I can't thank you enough for sharing with me the most loving, kind and wonderful man in your son Tony. He was the epitome of you and all at the kindness and love you shared daily. You will be missed tremendously. I love you so much and so do your granddaughters. Tonja, Madison and Morgan Evans (your daughter in law and grand daughters)
