Zidon R.B. Liby, infant son of Dakota Liby and Kelli Thomas was stillborn on Monday, December 29, 2025, at 4:31 p.m. at Parkview Noble Hospital in Kendallville.

Though his time with us was brief, Zidon filled our hearts with a lifetime of love. He was deeply cherished from the moment he was known, and his memory will forever remain a precious part of our family.

Zidon is held in love by his parents, Dakota Liby and Kelli Thomas of Avilla, five siblings, Ellisyn Moran, Emrey Moran, Eyleigh Barcus, Ledger Barcus, and Vallee Liby; maternal grandmother, Flossie Davis of Kendallville; paternal grandparents, Keith Liby of Helmer and Julie McBride of Avilla; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, all who awaited his arrival with joy.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Calvin Thomas and several close family members.

Private graveside services will be held at Orange Cemetery near Rome City.

Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville is assisting the family with arrangements.
