Visitation will be Thursday, November 20, 2014, from 2 to 8 p.m. in Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville. A ceremony by the Butler Eagles Lodge will be held at 7:30 p.m.

There will be no funeral service *************************************************************************************** Willis Leonard "Willie" Hausbach, 68, of Kendallville died Monday, November 17, 2014, in Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.

He was a lifetime area resident.

Mr. Hausbach began working for Hendrickson-Tandem in Butler as a welder and retired after 41 years as a technical engineer. As the company representative for Hendrickson-Tandem, he drove their show truck to trade shows. He then owned and operated Hausbach Vending and Blue Mountain Gaming in Kendallville.

Willie was a member of the Butler Eagles Lodge where he served as Past President, Kendallville Elks Lodge, Kendallville American Legion Post 86 Sons of the Legion, and the Hamilton Fish and Game Club.

He was born November 9, 1946, in Wolf Lake to Willis Robert and Loretta Louise Lorraine (Lichtsinn) Hausbach.

Surviving are a daughter, Lorri (David) Nash of Culver; a son, Nick (Heidi Moore) Hausbach of Wolcottville; five grandchildren, Matthew Dale Hammersmith, Nicole Hausbach, Rebecca Nash, Caleb Nash, and Rachel Nash; three stepgrandchildren, Nic West, Tiffani Stidams and Mackenzie Stidams; a step great-grandson, Tayvon Benson; two sisters, Euphrasia (Jack Mulqueen) Shearer of Fort Wayne and Grace (Robert) Dickerson of Sullivan; two brothers, Arthur Hausbach of Fremont and Josiah Hausbach of Coldwater, Michigan; and a half brother, Robert Hausbach of West Palm Beach, Florida.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a grandson, Matthew Robert Hausbach.

Visitation will be Thursday, November 20, 2014, from 2 to 8 p.m. in Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville. A ceremony by the Butler Eagles Lodge will be held at 7:30 p.m.
