Wanda Faye Clouse, 64, of Kendallville died Monday, October 2, 2017, at 6:05 p.m. in Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.
She was born April 7, 1953, in War, West Virginia, to Mitchell and Ola (Click) Stanley.
On August 19, 1972, in Kendallville she married David L. Clouse.
She moved to this area in 1960 from West Virginia. She was a homemaker.
Wanda enjoyed going to garage sales, the bargain shop, and decorating her home for the holidays. She loved her lawn and doing yard work. Posting daily inspirational quotes on Facebook was her passion.
Surviving are a daughter, Monica Clouse of Kendallville; three sons, Ronnie (Tracy) Stanley of Kendallville, Kevin (Stephanie) Clouse of Kendallville, and Jordan Clouse of Kendallville; eight grandchildren, Chelsey (Frank) Deaton, Tyler Hurst, Kylee Patterson, Gunner Lee Patterson, Sydnee Smith, Nicole Days, Michelle Days, and Shaun Days; two great-grandchildren, Olivia Deaton and Kamerin Michael Days; her mother, Ola Stanley of Kendallville; five sisters, Darlene (Henny) Terry of Brimfield, Sue (John) Copas of Ligonier, Joyce (Andy) Skinner of Rome City, Jeannie Stanley of Kendallville, and Donna Alberry of North Carolina; and three brothers, Larry (Kim) Stanley of Kendallville, Mitch (Crystal) Stanley of Ontario, Canada, and her twin, Harold Wayne (Cleta) Stanley of Hazard, Kentucky.
She was preceded in death by her father; her husband; a sister, Linda Stanley; and a great-granddaughter, Madisyn Elaine Days.
Funeral services will be Monday, October 9, 2017, at 11 a.m. at Liberty Free Will Baptist Church in Wolcottville with Pastor Billy Fields and Pastor James Archambeault officiating. Burial will be in Orange Cemetery, Rome City.
Pallbearers will be Ron Stanley, Kevin Clouse, Jordan Clouse, Larry Stanley, Harold Wayne Stanley, Mitch Stanley, and Tyler Hurst.
Calling is Sunday, October 8, 2017, from 3 to 7 p.m. at Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville and one hour prior to services at the church on Monday.
Preferred memorials are to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
