Vickie Combs, 71, of LaGrange, Indiana died Friday, June 5, 2026, at her residence with her family at her side.

She was born August 30, 1954, in Martin, Kentucky to George and Vernie (Whitt) Tuttle.

She married JW Combs on March 29, 1980, in Clintwood, Virginia. He preceded her in death on November 16, 2025.

Vickie retired from Ceruti’s Catering in Fort Wayne, and she was also a homemaker.

She enjoyed cooking and family gatherings. She dearly loved her family, especially her grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Surviving are two sons, Shannon (Jennifer) Combs of Angola and Daniel T. Combs of LaGrange; five grandchildren, Wyatt Combs, Krew Combs, Brooks Combs, Ryan Combs, Raylynn Combs; three brothers, Keith Tuttle of Stroh, Ralph Tuttle of Big Turkey Lake, and Wendell Tuttle of Angola.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Rebecca King; and four brothers, Hugh Tuttle, Jackie Scott, Willard Tuttle, and her twin, Mickey Tuttle.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 11, 2026, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and one hour prior to the funeral service on Friday all at Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel, State Road 9 North, Wolcottville.

Funeral services will be Friday, June 12, 2026, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, with Pastor Rick Davis of Helmer Independent Baptist Church officiating.

Burial will follow at Woodruff Cemetery in Woodruff.

Pallbearers will be Ralph Tuttle, Wendell Tuttle, Shannon Combs, Daniel Combs, Brittney Messer, and Jasmine Messer.
