Obituary

Vicki L. Patee, 68, of Kendallville died Thursday, November 22, 2018, at 3:55 p.m. at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.

She was born March 9, 1950, in Kendallville to Warren and Maxine (Addis) Hursey.

An East Noble High School graduate, she had lived in this area all of her life.

She had worked in the mail room at the News-Sun and as a cashier at Walmart, both in Kendallville.

Surviving are her companion, Sherman Click of Kendalville; a son, Richard Patee, Jr. of Valparaiso; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Roger Hursey; and a sister, Brenda Showen.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, November 27, 2018, at 12 p.m. at Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville. Burial will be in the Sedan Cemetery near Corunna.

Calling is Tuesday, November 27, 2018, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the funeral home.
