Trionne Marie Hile-Dickerson, September 18, 1956 to May 24, 2024.

Our beloved wife, mother, stepmother, bonus mom, sister, and friend returned to her heavenly Father on Friday, May 24, 2024. A lifelong resident of Ashley, Indiana who spent more than a decade in Indianapolis, leaves behind a whole host of friends and family. She was a member of Cedar Lake Church of Christ in Waterloo for 15 years.

Those she leaves behind include her husband and love of her life, James Dickerson of Ashley; a son, Richard (Danielle) Garman, III of LaGrange; daughters, Rachel M. Garman of Pleasant Lake, Sarah A. Garman of Ashley, Christina (Kristopher) Watts of Cloverdale, and Jamie McBride of Indianapolis; Stepdaughters, April Collins-Mena of Texas and Erin Wanbles of Alabama; adopted son, Joseph Dickerson of Ashley; additional bonus children, Scotty (Faye) Day, Josh Johnson, and Matt Dickerson; a brother, Troy (Jayne) Hile of Edgerton, Ohio; and three aunts, Carolyn Parnell and Leola Goodrich both of Columbia City, and Wrethnell Wheeler of Commerce, Georgia.

She leaves behind 18 beautiful grandchildren and three great-grandchildren who all felt her love and shared much laughter. They truly were the apples of her eye.

She was greeted at the pearly gates with those who preceded her in death, her father, Rex E. Hile; her mother, Golden M. (Wheeler) Hile; her grandparents; many aunts and uncles; a son, Matthew Garman; and a foster child, Dustin Cloud.

She's looking down enjoying watching a sitcom of the "Happy Acres". Trionne was one of the most generous and loving women. She will be missed by many.

Funeral services will be Friday, May 31, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Cedar Lake Church of Christ, 1492 County Road 27, Waterloo, Indiana with Pastor Jonathan Pennington officiating.

Burial will follow in Fairfield Cemetery near Corunna.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 30, 2024, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and one hour prior to the funeral services on Friday, all at the church.

Young Family Funeral Home, Hudson/Ashley Chapel, 612 North Main Street, Hudson is assisting the family with arrangements.
