Tommy Lee Ritchie, 65, of Wolcottville, Indiana, died Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.

He was born April 10, 1959, in LaGrange, Indiana, to Dallas and Maulta (Jones) Ritchie.

Tommy was a 1977 graduate of East Noble High School.

He married Lorrie Schmitt on May 12, 1993. She survives in Colorado.

Mr. Ritchie retired from Machine Rite in LaGrange. After retirement he was self-employed.

He loved playing the guitar and riding his Harley. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Surviving are three daughters, Stacey (Kyle Fox) Gillespie of Rome City, Shayna Ritchie of Fort Collins, Colorado; and Alicia (Jim) Randol of Rome City; five grandchildren, Dylan Grocock, Alexa Grocock, Samantha Fox, Dustin (Anna) Randol, and Trey Falcone; three great-grandchildren, Raelynn, Lucas, and Beau; and two brothers, Larry Ritchie of LaGrange and Wendell Ritchie of LaGrange.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 1 p.m. at Bethel Christian Baptist Church, 2838 E. US 6, Kendallville (at the intersection of US 6 and State Road 9 North).

Burial will follow at Orange Cemetery near Rome City.

Visitation will also be on Tuesday, beginning at 11 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at the church.

Preferred memorials are to the family for funeral expenses.
