Tinia "Tiny" "Grandma B" Bolton, 71, of Wolcottville died Tuesday, November 3, 2015, at 7:45 a.m. in her residence. She had been in failing health for three years.
She moved to this area at the age of 18, coming from Kentucky.
Mrs. Bolton retired after 17 years with Group Dekko and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Moose Lodge in LaGrange and a former member of the Eagles Lodge in LaGrange.
Tiny loved working in her flower garden, and she dearly loved her grandchildren. She was an avid NASCAR fan.
She was born, the youngest of 13 children, on October 24, 1944, in McDowell, Kentucky, to William and Mattie (Moore) Blankenship.
She was married to Coy Conley, and he preceded her in death on September 1, 1979. She then married Floyd A. Bolton. He survives in Wolcottville.
Also surviving are a daughter, Brenda (Terry) Smith of Sturgis, Michigan; a son, Danny (Joanna) Conley of Fairbanks, Alaska; a stepson, Dennis (Lesleigh) Bolton of Leeds, Alabama; six grandchildren, Autum Conley, Corey (Mary Kathryn) Smith, Austin (Britne) Franks, A.J. Conley, Nicholas Bolton, and Emily Bolton; six great-grandchildren, Raven Smith, Kaylee Smith, Amelia Smith, Alexa Robinson, Kdince Franks, and Blayer Franks; two brothers, Eddie (Nevelene) Blankenship of Wolcottville and Levi (Melonie) Blankenship of McDowell, Kentucky; two sisters-in-law, Paulette Walker of Alabaster, Alabama, and Ree Bolton of Birmingham, Alabama.
She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Brandon Smith; and ten brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be Monday, November 9, 2015, at 11 a.m. in Five Corners Baptist Church, Wolcottville with Pastor Clarence Combs officiating. Burial will be in Orange Cemetery, Rome City.
Pallbearers will be Danny Conley, Corey Smith, Austin Franks, A. J. Conley, Tom Tuttle, Greg Tuttle, Keith Blankenship, and Larry Blankenship.
Calling is Sunday, November 8, 2015, from 2 to 6 p.m. in the church.
Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel, State Road 9 North, Wolcottville is assisting the family with arrangements.
