Steven Richard Finton, 53, of Hudson died Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at Parkview Randallia Hospital in Fort Wayne.  He was born on July 19, 1968 in Detroit, Michigan.   He had worked as a greeter at Walmart for 16 years.  He then worked the spring training games in Florida for the Minnesota Twins Baseball Team.  Steve was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.  He is survived by his wife, Patricia "Tricia" (Sweeney) Finton of Fort Myers, Florida; his mother, Alice (Taylor) Finton of Hudson; and a brother, Buddy Finton of Hudson.  He was preceded in death by his father, Charlie Finton.  There will be no services.  In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials are to the family for funeral expenses.  Young Family Funeral Home, Hudson/Ashley Chapel, 612 North Main Steet, Hudson is assisting the family with arrangements.  Share memories or condolences at www.youngfamilyfuneralhome.com
