Obituary

Shirley Evans, 75, of Fort Wayne, and formerly of Hudson, passed away Tuesday, November 21, 2017, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.

Shirley worked as a server and bartender for many establishments in Fort Wayne, most recently she worked at Club Soda as a special event caterer.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Dahlia Everett and her son, Anthony Evans.

Surviving are a son, Timothy "Timo" (Kelly) Evans of Fort Wayne; three grandchildren; two sisters, Joann Everett of Tampa, Boni (Larry) Mergy of Fort Wayne; and a brother, Albert (Karen) Everett Jr. of Ashley.

Shirley attended Trinity English Lutheran Church.

A memorial service, officiated by Rev. Dr. Kathleen Haller, will be held at 7:00 pm, Friday December 1st at Trinity English Lutheran Church, 450 W Washington Blvd., with calling one hour prior to the service.

Preferred memorials are to the American Heart Assoiation. or Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home, Fort Wayne.
