Obituary

Sharon Ruth Temple, 65, of Butler and formerly of Kendallville died Monday, August 27, 2018 in Laurels of DeKalb, Butler.

She had been a resident of Laurels of DeKalb for five years. Prior to that she had lived in Kendallville for over 40 years coming from Millersburg.

Ms. Temple had worked as a librarian.

She was born October 10, 1952 in Goshen to Ellis and Lucille (Hite) Whirledge.

Surviving are five sons, Matthew (Deandra) Ellis of Auburn, Christopher McDonald of Ohio, Marc McDonald of Ohio, Caleb Temple of Kendallville, and Erick Temple of Kendallville; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

There will be no visitation or services.
