Sadie Grace Odom was born on Friday, June 6, 2025, at 9:50 p.m. to Scott Odom and Nicole Laney at Dupont Hospital in Fort Wayne. Her family was blessed with an hour with her, before she went to her heavenly home at 10:50 p.m.

Surviving along with her parents are her maternal grandparents, Edna Gannon and Jerry Laney of Hudson; paternal grandparents, Sarah and Steve Crawley of Shepherd, Michigan; maternal great-grandmother, Berniece Gannon of LaGrange; paternal great-grandparents, John Eiler of Jackson, Michigan and Mary and Bob Schafer of Jackson, Michigan; an aunt, Jennifer Gannon of Hudson; and four uncles, Phillip (Mikayla) Beach of Angola, Dennis Laney of Pioneer, Ohio, Chad Laney of Pioneer, Ohio, and Joey Laney of Pioneer, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by a maternal uncle, Jerry Laney, Jr. and a paternal uncle, Joshua Odom.

Memorial services will be Friday, June 20, 2025, at 3 p.m. at Young Family Funeral Home, Hudson Chapel, 612 North Main Street, Hudson.

Visitation will also be on Friday, one hour prior to the memorial service at the funeral home.

Preferred memorials are to the family.
