Obituary

Ruth Beatrice Hoersting, 90 of Bradenton, FL died peacefully Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at 9:30 am at Orchard Pointe Health Campus in Kendallville.

She was born December 26, 1926, in Fort Wayne, the eldest child of Henry B. and Lucille (Harber) Fox.

Mrs. Hoersting was a loving mother to three children, daughters, Allyson Witt of Kendallville and Wanda Kay Hoersting of Tampa FL, and; and son, Michael J (Kathy) Hoersting of Spring Hill, TN. She is also survived by two grandsons, Greg Witt of Pittsburgh, PA and Tristan (Amanda) Witt of Valparaiso, IN; a brother, Paul C. (Ada) Fox of Florida; and a sister, Verdonna M. Fox of Indiana.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert J. Hoersting, Jr. and a sister, Bernice Hill.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, October 27, 2017, at 9:30 am at Sts. Peter and Paul the Apostles Catholic Church, 2850 75th Street West, Bradenton, FL, 34209, with a reception in the church hall following the service. Private burial will be in Sarasota National V.A. Cemetery, Sarasota, Florida.
