Rosemary E. DeCamp, 54, of Wolcottville, Indiana passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2023, at Parkview Noble Hospital.

She was born on December 5, 1968, in LaGrange, Indiana, to William Ray and Carol Kay (Ballinger) Omans.

On July 1, 1988, she was married to Russell Eugene DeCamp, Jr. in Wolcottville by Russell's father, Russell Eugene DeCamp, Sr.

Surviving are her husband, Russell Eugene DeCamp, Jr., of Wolcottville; three daughters, Krystal (Eric Hart) DeCamp, of Wolcottville, Samantha (Jordan) DeCamp, of Warsaw, and Alexis DeCamp, of Wolcottville; three grandchildren, Russell Muzzillo, of Wolcottville, Carter Hart, of Wolcottville, and Spencer Ritchie, of Rome City; four sisters, Lori Zimmer, of Goshen, Mary (Rob) Brumbaugh, of Sturgis, Michigan, Debra Campbell, of Sturgis, Michigan, and Billie Sue (Mose) Mullins, of Kendallville; two brothers, William Ray Zimmer, of Michigan, and Michael Campbell, of Kendallville; many nieces and nephews; and a maternal aunt, Eva L. Ballinger.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Christine Omans and Kelly Omans; and

her father figure, William Campbell.

Funeral services will be Friday, February 17, 2023, at 1 p.m. at Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel, State Road 9 North, Wolcottville with Pastor Keith Perry officiating.

Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery, Wolcottville.

Visitation will also be on Friday beginning at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

Preferred memorials are to the family to help defray funeral expenses.
