Obituary

Rose Mary McKinney, 80 of LaGrange died Thursday, September 4, 2008 at Miller's Merry Manor.

Mrs. McKinney was a homemaker. She had lived in the LaGrange county area since 1992 coming from LasVegas, NV where she had lived for 15 years and prior to that she lived in Muncie, IN where she was born and raised.

She was born May 29, 1928 in Muncie to John & Eugenia (Bashe) Brown. She married Robert C. McKinney on January 28, 1946 at Walnut Street Baptist Church in Muncie, he preceded her in death on November 13, 1990.

Survivng is a son and daughter-in-law, Robert E. & Louise "Lou" McKinney, of Wolcottville; four grandchildren, John, Jacob, Corie, & Joshua McKinney; one sister, Alice Snyder of Cromwell; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a brother, John Brown; a sister, Louise DuBois; and her step-mother, Marie Brown.

Memorial services will be Saturday, September 13, 2008 at 5:00p.m. at Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel.

Preferred memorials are to her grandchildren or to the donors choice.
