Obituary

Ronald Ivan Goldner, 63, of Kendallville died Thursday, September 10, 2020, at his residence with his family at his side.

He was born January 1, 1957, in Decatur to James Edward and Shirley (Sites) Goldner.

On February 21, 1976, in Auburn he married Ora Moore.

Mr. Goldner worked for CF Gomma in Columbia City, which was formerly Dana and Weatherhead.

Ron enjoyed fishing, tying flies, woodworking, and collecting N gauge train sets. He loved to read the Bible or listen to it being read.

Surviving are his wife, Ora Goldner of Kendallville; a daughter, Aimee (Thomas Repine) Goldner of Garrett; his mother, Shirley Goldner of Auburn; a sister, Rebecca Goldner of Auburn; and two brothers, Robert (Jeanne) Goldner of St. Joe and Raymond "Ernie" (Danyell May) Goldner of Waterloo.

He was preceded in death by his father.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.

Private burial will be in Orange Cemetery near Rome City.

Preferred memorials may be made to the family.
