He was a lifetime area resident.

Mr. Bidwell retired from Atwood Mobile Products, formerly Machine Rite in LaGrange.

Ron enjoyed traveling from Alaska to New Mexico, and liked his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He dearly loved his son, grandchildren, and his entire family. He was always willing to give a helping hand to anyone.

He was born December 21, 1943, in Noble County to Ezra and Wilma (Sabin) Bidwell.

Surviving are a son, Ron Bidwell, Jr. of Rome City; three grandchidlren, Ashlie Hicks, Brooklyn Bidwell, and Logan Bidwell; a sister, Carolyn (David) Herendeen of Churubusco; and a brother, Jerry (Linda) Bidwell of Rome City.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be Friday, March 14, 2014, at 4 p.m. in Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel, State Road 9 North, Wolcottville.
