Rome City - RobRoy Glass, 74, "The Old Outboard Guy on Sylvan" died peacefully at home with family and a friend by his side Wednesday evening, February 18, 2015.

He is survived by his wife, Debra (Devine) Glass; two sons, RobRoy Glass of Kendallville, and Thom Glass of Pennsylvania; two granddaughters, Jaimie Klenner of Illinois and Jennifer Glass of Ft. Wayne; two grandsons Thomas A. Glass of Kansas and Jacob A Glass of Pennsylvania.

RobRoy had been employed by Autojectors in Albion and Union Products in Cromwell.

He was Honorary Mayor of Pleasant Point, a past member of the Rome City Town Council, Past Commander and Adjutant of the Rome City American Legion SAL and a member of several other community organization.

Calling will be Saturday, February 21, 2015 from noon to 3 p.m. in Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel, State Road 9 North Wolcottville, with a service by the Rome City SAL at 2:30 p.m.
