Robert Lee Reichard, 67, of Wolcottville died Tuesday, October 16, 2012, in the Philippines.

He was born February 15, 1945, in Celina, Ohio.

He moved to this area 28 years ago, coming from Ohio.

Mr. Reichard retired as the Chief of Police in Union City, Ohio.

He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, the Moose Lodge, and the Democratic party.

On June 22, 2002, in Union City, Ohio, he married Mayah Lola.

Surviving are his wife, Mayah Reichard of Wolcottville; a son, Ryan J. Reichard of Union City, Ohio; three grandchildren; and a sister, Janet Griffin of Ohio.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be Thursday, November 15, 2012, at 2 p.m. in Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio, with calling from noon to 2 p.m. Burial will be in Fort Recovery, Ohio.

Calling is Saturday, November 10, 2012, from 4 to 8 p.m. in Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel, State Road 9 North, Wolcottville.
