Obituary

Robert L. Frank, 66, of Kendallville died Sunday, October 22, 2017, at 5:53 a.m. in Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne.

He was born August 25, 1951, in Wyndotte, Michigan, to Charles Frank, Sr. and Iona (Bondy) Frank.

Mr. Frank had worked as an industrial engineer for Newnam Foundry and International Wire, both in Kendallville.

He was a member of the Military Bass Anglers Association.

Robert was an avid fisherman and loved music.

Surviving are two sons, William "Bill" (Kristie) Frank of Kendallville and Robert Frank, Jr. of Kendallville; eight grandchildren, Jordan Frank, Danielle Frank, Scarlett Frank, Billy Frank, Robert Frank, III, Finn Frank, Zeke Frank, and Jacob Frank; a great-grandson, Jaxson Frank; two sisters, Mary (Robert) Starzec of Brownstown Township, Michigan, and Patricia (Tony) Menzel of Lincoln Park, Michigan; and two brothers, Charles (Ruth) Frank, Jr. of Onandago, Michigan, and Doug (Diane) Frank of Port Huron, Michigan.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Midge Wagner; and two brothers, Ritchie Frank and Marty Nowakoski.

A memorial visitation will be Saturday, October 28, 2017, from 3 to 7 p.m. at Young Family Funeral Home, 222 South State Street, Kendallville.
