Obituary

Rick A. Fark, 48, of Fort Wayne died Monday, April 19, 2010 at 10:35 a.m. at his residence.

Mr. Fark had lived in Fort Wayne 20 years, coming from Florida.

He was born September 9, 1961, in Lawton, Oklahoma, to Raymond and Patricia (Schwartz) Fark.

Surviving are his mother, Patricia Fark of Fort Wayne; two sisters, Ronda Fark of Fort Wayne and Emily Fark of Pennsylvania; one nephew; and several nieces.

He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Fark; his grandmother, Eunice Schwartz; an aunt, Ruth Smith; and an uncle, Kermit Smith.

Private funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 24, 2010.

Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville is in charge of arrangements.
