Raymond Ray "Sonny" Kline, Jr., 73, of Brimfield, Indiana, died Thursday, February 24, 2022, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.
He was born March 3, 1948, in Kendallville, Indiana, to Raymond Kline, Sr. and Bonnie (Guston) Williams. They preceded him in death.
In 1967, he married Joyce Huth. She preceded him in death on December 1, 2005.
Sonny, enjoyed hunting, fishing, cutting wood, and camping. Anyone who knew Sonny would tell you of his orneriness and unusual sense of humor.
Surviving are two sons, Ron (Lisa) Kline of Brimfield and Ryan (Salli) Kline of Brimfield; seven grandchildren, Lindsay Peoples, Sabra Kline, Sara (Ethan) Henry, Brandon (Amanda) Percy, Brandon Keister, Tiffany Keister, and Dylan (Teresa Craft) Keister; seven great-grandchildren, Jada Percy, James Percy, Adalynn Henry, Loki Henry, Zacquiri Keister, Vivienne Keister, and Carolynn Keister; three sisters, Roxy Sands of Orlando, Florida, Paula Fox of Kendallville, and Kathy Kline of Ligonier; and two brothers, Mike (Emma) Kline of Wolf Lake and Steve (Trina) Kline of Albion.
He was preceded in death by a son, Richard Ray Kline; and a daughter-in-law, Angela Kline.
Visitation will be Monday, February 28, 2022, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel, State Road 9 North, Wolcottville and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
The funeral service will be Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Jerry Burghduff officiating.
Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery in Wolcottville
Pallbearers are Dave Altimus, Michael Kline, Lucas Kline, Brandon Percy, Dave Terry, and Bill Hall.
