Phillip M. (Buckshot) Watts, 28, of Avilla died Sunday, December 6, 2009, in his residence.

Mr. Watts was a 1999 graduate of East Noble High School. He had worked as a motorcycle mechanic at Aaron's Motorsports in Arizona. He had moved back to this area in June from Arizona.

Phil enjoyed playing the guitar. He also liked motorcycles, hunting, fishing, and especially playing games with his brothers and sisters.

He was born April 11, 1981, in Kendallville to Larry Watts and Pauline Sizemore.

Surviving are his mother, Pauline Sizemore of Avilla; his father, Larry Watts of Avilla; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Emily and Eric Jordan of Kendallville and Hillary Birk of Avilla; two brothers, Chris Watts of Avilla and Clayton Birk of Avilla; his grandmothers, Lorine Sizemore of Wolcottville and Marilyn Birk of Columbia City; a niece, Chloe Jordan; and a nephew, Dylan Watts.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ruby Scheurich; and two grandfathers, Marion Scheurich and Larry Birk.

Funeral services will be Friday, December 11, 2009, at 1 p.m. in Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville. Burial will be in Woodruff Cemetery.

Casketbearers will be Clayton Birk, Chris Watts, Jason Fletcher, Eric Jordan, Nathan Parks, and Don Anderson.

Calling is Wednesday, December 9, 2009, from 2-7 p.m. and Thursday, December 10, 2009, from Noon - 4 p.m. at the funeral home.

Preferred memorials are to the family.
