Paulina Mae Thomas, 59, of Kendallville, Indiana, died Friday, December 24, 2021, at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born April 13, 1962, in Huntington, West Virginia, to Walter and Betty (Weber) Webb. On June 24, 2000, in Rome City she married Michael James Thomas. He survives in Kendallville.
Mrs. Thomas had worked at Lake Park Industries in Shipshewana. Most recently, she was a homemaker.
Paulina enjoyed doing cross-stitch, going to garage sales, and fishing with her husband. She loved to cook for her family. Most importantly, she was a Christian having been saved in 2019 and baptized.
Also surviving are four sons, Michael Lee (Dona) Frye, Jr. of Huntington, West Virginia, Matthew (April) Frye of Columbia City, Mark James (Angela Patrick) Frye of Rome City, and Michael James Thomas, Jr. of New Carlisle, Michigan; 16 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Fred (Donna) Webb of West Virginia; her mother-in-law, Patsy Enyart of LaGrange; and three brothers-in-law, Andy (Lynn) Enyart of LaGrange, William (Rebecca) Enyart of Rockvale, Tennessee, and Steven Enyart of LaGrange.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Morgan Jean Nicole Frye Thomas; a granddaughter, Abigail Faith Frye; and a sister, Susie Cox.
Funeral services will be Thursday, December 30, 2021, at 11 a.m. at Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel, State Road 9 North, Wolcottville with Pastor Mike Antal of the South Milford United Methodist Church officiating.
Burial will follow at Brushy Chapel Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Matt Frye, Mark Frye, Mike Thomas, Mikey Frye, Josh Enyart, Jarrod Enyart, and Cory Enyart.
Visitation is Wednesday, December 29, 2021, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
