2:00 - 6:00 pm (Eastern time)
Paula Terry, 68, of LaGrange, Indiana died Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
She was born September 6, 1957, in Hazard, Kentucky to Clyde and Gloria (Peck) Everidge.
On June 30, 1990, at Stroh Church of God in Stroh, she married Robbie Terry.
Paula began her working years at Hook's Drug Store in Kendallville before retiring from Farmers State Bank after 28 years of dedicated service. She was known for her warm smile, kind heart, and the genuine care she showed to everyone she met.
She attended the Stroh Church of God. She found joy in life's simple pleasures, camping, fishing, reading, listening to music, spending time outdoors, and lovingly tending to her flowers and garden. She especially cherished the beauty of nature and the peace it brought her. One of Paula's greatest gifts was her love for people. She never met a stranger and had a remarkable ability to make others feel welcome with her friendly conversation and caring spirit. Whether among family, friends, coworkers, or someone she had just met, Paula's kindness and compassion touched many lives.
Surviving are her husband, Robbie Terry of LaGrange; a daughter, Alexandria (Brad) Whetzel of Middlebury; two sons, Jeremy Boyer of LaGrange and Matt Boyer of Stroh; seven grandchildren, Justice Boyer, Kodie Boyer, Brianna Boyer, Braiden Boyer, Olivia Boyer, Della Whetzel, and Rowan Whetzel; three great-grandchildren, Memphis Boyer, Easton Boyer, and Brooks Bastian; and three sisters, Susie (Mark) Fisher of Hamilton, Hope (Zeb) German of Orland, and Traci (Kenny) Hartsough of Ligonier.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Wendell Ray Whetzel.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 18, 2026, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Stroh Church of God, 4330 S 1175 E, Stroh.
