Obituary

Paul Allen Bolinger, 64, of Angola died suddenly Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 6:31 p.m. in his residence.

He was born January 18, 1954 in Kendallville to Chester and Doris (Wilits) Bolinger. His father preceded him in death.

Mr. Bolinger had worked for 17 years at Dana Corporation in Angola and retired in 2016 from General Products in Angola. He had previously served as a member of the South Milford Volunteer Fire Department and the Angola Fire Department, where he was a Lieutenant. Currently he was a driver for the Amish, which he truly enjoyed. He enjoyed fishing, camping, going out to eat, and spending time with his family. His grandchildren were his world.

He is survived by two sons, Kevin (Rachel) Bolinger of Angola; and Ryan (Ila) Bolinger of Angola; six grandchildren, Alexandra Pelletier, Brenden Bolinger, Ellana Rowe, Ethan Rowe, Abagale Bolinger, and Ty Bolinger; his mother, Doris Bolinger of LaGrange; a sister, Patricia (Gary) Wooten of Rome City; and four brothers, John (Sandy) Bolinger of Wawaka, Ralph (Lou) Bolinger of South Milford; Norman (Pat) Bolinger of Topeka, and Charles "Chuck" (Lisa) Bolinger of Greenville, Kentucky.

He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Roger Bolinger and David Bolinger.

Funeral services will be Saturday, June 16, 2018, at 4 p.m. at Young Family Funeral Home, Hudson-Ashley Chapel, 612 North Main Street, Hudson. The family requests that you come in casual attire.

Calling is Saturday, June 16, 2018, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home.

Preferred memorials are to the family to help with expenses.
