Obituary

Patrick Deming, 72, of Hudson died Tuesday, August 29, 2017, in his residence.

He was born March 7, 1945, in Angola to George Andrew and Margaret Della (Rose) Deming. They preceded him in death.

Mr. Deming honorably served in the U.S. Navy.

He was a gunsmith at the Angler's in Helmer and retired as a chef from Gangster's Grill in Hudson.

Surviving are five daughters, Tracy Deming of Angola, Melissa Biemler of Norwalk, Ohio, Kristie Clabaugh of Columbus, Ohio, Ankh Pearson of Ashley, and Erin Alyse Deming of Hudson; 15 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Jane Mason of Auburn and Janet Al-Janabi of Fort Wayne.

He was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Emily Pearson; two sisters, Alyse Freeman and Dorothy Ingellis; and a brother Michael Deming.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
