Patricia Ann Terry, 74, of Albion died Saturday, May 12, 2012, at 2:15 a.m. in Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.

Mrs. Terry resided in this area most of her life. She retired as a cook at the Rome City Elementary School.

She was born April 18, 1938, in Middletown, Ohio, to Dennis and Clara (Brock) Gilbert. On November 14, 1959, in Stroh she married Bufford "Deke" Terry. He preceded her in death on April 20, 2010.

Surviving are three sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Deb Terry of Wolcottville, Tim and Lola Terry of Ligonier, and Gary and Sherry Terry of Albion; nine grandchildren, Pam Terry of Albion, Melissa Terry of Wolcottville, Holly Terry of Wolcottville, Heather (Matthew) Massey of Ligonier, Doug (Lisa) Terry of Kendallville, Ashley Terry of Wawaka, Corey VanEs, Mike Taulbee of Kendallville, and Eric (Raven) Terry of Kendallville; six great grandchildren, Aubree, Ashton, Dakota, Michaela, Raylin, and Alexis; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Marlena and Ed Kwilinski of Middelbury, Debbie Gilbert of Elkhart and Vickie Blount of Sturgis; and a brother and sister-in-law. Dennis and Karen Gilbert of Kendallville.

She was also preceded in death by a sister, Judy Halderman; and two brothers, Albert Gilbert and Chester Gilbert.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 16, 2012, at 11 a.m. in Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel, State Road 9 North, Wolcottville. Burial will be in Brushy Chapel Cemetery, LaGrange.

Calling is Tuesday, May 15, 2012, from 1 to 4 and 5 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home.
