Pamela Kay (Stephens) Miller, 50, of Wolcottville and formerly of Elmira died Wednesday, April 25, 2012, in Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.

She graduated from Prairie Heights High School, and had worked at Dutch Housing in LaGrange for 15 years.

She was born September 11, 1961, in LaGrange to Bobby Ray and Anna Lee (Owens) Stephens.

Surviving are a daughter, Brandi Mullen of Rome City; a son, Mike Mullen of Rome City; a granddaughter, Serenity Mullen; her father, Bobby Ray Stephens of Elmira; three brothers, Danny Joe Stephens of Elmira, Kenny Freed of Garrett, and Mike Freed of Washington; and her fiance, Craig Lackey of Wolcottville.

Her mother preceded her in death on February 14, 2009.

Funeral services will be Monday, April 30, 2012, at 1 p.m. in Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Stroh with Pastor Willie Collins officiating. Cremation will follow the service.

Calling is Sunday, April 29, 2012, from 4 to 8 p.m. in the church and two hours prior to the service on Monday.

Preferred memorials are to the famly.
