Pamela Jean Chilcutt, 64, of Hudson, Indiana, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 9, 2024, surrounded by her family.
She was born May 18, 1960, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to Eugene and Margaret (Jacobs) Phillips.
She worked as a waitress for many years in Ashley and also worked at Kelley's Surplus in Ashley for about 15 years.
On January 12, 1980, she married Doug Chilcutt.
She attended Independent Full Gospel Church in Ashley.
Pam enjoyed spending time with her grandkids. She would make it to all of their sporting events or school events and spoiled them all. She had a selfless spirit, always putting others ahead of herself. She also loved to spend time in Florida, as well as going to the races every Saturday night.
Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Doug Chilcutt of Hudson; sister, Beverly (David) Habig of Ormond Beach, Florida; children, Amanda (Tim) Kaverman of Reed City, Michigan, and Carrie (Mark) Allen of Ashley; 11 grandchildren, Laura Lepley, Dominic Allen, Cole Carper, Hannah Kaverman, Summer Allen, Kash Martin, Xavier Allen, Regann Martin, Zaydn Allen, Skye Allen, and Addyline Kaverman; and four great-grandchildren, Collin Warfield, Chloe Warfield, Olivia Lechleidner, and Bentley Allen.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Ron Phillips.
Visitation will be Thursday, November 14, 2024, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Independent Full Gospel Church, 1000 South Gonser Avenue, Ashley, Indiana.
The funeral service will be Thursday, November 14, 2024, at 2 p.m. at the church with Pastor Sam Weimer officiating.
Honorary pallbearers are her granddaughters, Laura Lepley, Hannah Kaverman, Summer Allen, Regann Martin, Skye Allen, and Addyline Kaverman. Active pallbearers are her grandsons, Dominic Allen, Cole Carper, Kash Martin, Xavier Allen, Zaydn Allen, and Adam Gates.
Memorials may be directed to Northern Lakes Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Angola or Heart to Heart Hospice.
