Funeral services will be Thursday, October 16, 2014, at 2 p.m. in Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel, State Road 9 North, Wolcottville.

Calling is Wednesday, October 15, 2014, from 4 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home. *************************************************************************************** Orkie Terry, 87, of Kendallville died Friday, October 10, 2014, in Parkview LaGrange Hospital in LaGrange.

She had lived in this area since 1953, coming from Kentucky.

Mrs. Terry retired after 20 years as a nurse's aide at Sacred Heart Home in Avilla.

She was born June 29, 1927, in Emmalena, Kentucky to Graydon and Susie (Campbell) Boggs.

Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Bertha and Bob Rottmiller of Kendallville; two grandchildren, Bill (Vicki) Rottmiller of Brownsburg and Robin (Jeff Gillenwater) Rottmiller of LaGrange; and three sisters, Nellie (Jim) Higginbotham of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, Grace Combs of Emmalena, Kentucky, and Reva Owens of Ashley.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gomer Terry; a sister, Ila Pelfrey; and four brothers, Marlin Boggs, Olvin Boggs, Lester Boggs, and Ballard Boggs.

Funeral services will be Thursday, October 16, 2014, at 2 p.m. in Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel, State Road 9 North, Wolcottville with Rev. James Tews of Messiah Lutheran Church in Wolcottville officiating. Burial will be in Woodruff Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Bill Rottmiller, Vicki Rottmiller, Robin Rottmiller, Jeff Gillenwater, and Mike Mickem.

Calling is Wednesday, October 15, 2014, from 4 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home.

Preferred memorials are to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
