Obituary

Norma Jean Morr, 83, of Kendallville died Friday, August 24, 2018 in Parkview Noble Hospital, Kendallville.

She was a homemaker and a lifetime area resident.

Norma was a member of the Kendallville VFW Post 2749 Ladies Auxiliary.

Mrs. Morr was born February 4, 1935 in Kendallville to Ralph Edward and Opal Ruth (Atkins) Burch.

On July 16, 1952 in Kendallville she married Marion Dean Morr. He survives in Kendallville. Also surviving are a daughter, Loretta McNamara of Kendallville; two sons, Howard Dean Morr of Kendallville and Theodore Ralph (Fayanne) Morr of Golden Valley, Arizona; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a grandson, Stephan McNamara; a sister, June Elaine Burch; an infant sister and an infant brother.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 29, 2018, at 2 p.m. at Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville with Pastor David Bolen officiating. Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery, Kendallville.

Calling is Wednesday, August 29, 2018, from 1 to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Preferred memorials are to the Alzheimer's Association.
