Obituary

Norma Ann Cochran, 62, of Kendallville died Friday, March 31, 2017, at 6:01 p.m. in her residence.

She was born March 28, 1955, in Lafayette to Norman L. Morris and Shirley A. Coleman.

On July 8, 2004, in Westville she married Alden R. Cochran.

Mrs. Cochran had lived in this area since 1991, coming from Frankfort.

She had been employed with Group Dekko.

Surviving are her husband, Alden R. Cochran of Kendallville; a daughter, Kristy A. Cottrell of Corunna; two sons, Jesse Cottrell of Frankfort and Eric Wayne Cottrell of Kendallville; a stepdaughter, Tricia Marie Chapman of Bethel, Ohio; seven grandchildren, Robby Cottrell, Niki Martinez, Kaytlyn Cottrell, Elaina Cottrell, Sydney Cottrell, Emma Cottrell, and Landyn Cottrell; three step-grandchildren; her mother, Shirley A. Coleman of Kendallville; three sisters, Kimberly Herendeen of Kendallville, Christina Morris of Frankfort, and Sherry Morris of Auburn; and a brother, Dean Morris of Frankfort.

She was preceded in death by her father, Norman Morris; and a brother, Steven Morris.

Funeral services will be Friday, April 7, 2017, at 6 p.m. in Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville.

Calling is Friday, April 7, 2017, from 4 to 6 p.m. in the funeral home.
