Obituary

Mary A. Meyers, 70, of LaGrange died Friday, Sept. 21, 2012, in Parkview Regional Medical Center of Fort Wayne.

Mrs. Meyers had lived in Indiana for the past 36 years, and had retired after working as a clerk at the Dollar Store in Wolcottville.

She was born in New York, N.Y., on June 25, 1942. She married Edward D. Meyers Sr. on May 20, 1959, and he survives in LaGrange.

Also surviving are five daughters, Deborah Meyers of Goshen, Donna (Doug) Tibbits of Wolcottville Pam (Jesus) Sanchez of Cromwell, Kim (Ted) Palmer of Howe, and Trinket Meyers of Columbia City; one son, Edward D. Meyers Jr. of LaGrange 19 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a sister Helen (Ron) Caffiero of Edison, N.J.

She was preceded in death by a son, George Meyers.

Calling will be from 10-11 a.m. Thursday at Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel, S.R. 9 North, Wolcottville.

A graveside service will follow at 2 p.m. in the Marion VA National Cemetery, 1700 E. 38th St., Marion.
