Obituary

Mary B. (Wirick) Kline, 89 of South Milford died on March 5, 2011 at 4:06 p.m. in Parkview Noble Hospital, Kendallville.

Mrs. Kline was a lifetime area resident of Noble and LaGrange counties. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed baking, sewing, camping, and being with family.

She was born Janaury 1, 1922, in Noble County, Indiana, to Thomas and Lera Edna (Heltzel) Wirick. On February 2, 1942, she married Carl E. "Lew" Kline. He preceded her in death in 1994.

Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Larry D. and Marianne Kline of Fort Collins, Colorado, and Gregory L. and Linda Kline of Chico, California; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son, Thomas Kline; a granddaughter, Shannon Kline; three sisters, Helen Kief, Ruby Shaffer, and Ruth Reinoehl; and five brothers, Raymond, Walter, Robert, Alvin, and Melvin Wirick.

Funeral services will be Saturday, March 12, 2011, at 11 a.m. in Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville with Pastor Barbara Cross of the South Milford Methodist Church and Mike Owsley officiating.

Calling is Friday, March 11, 2011, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
