No calling or services; burial in Eden Cemetery, Topeka ********************************************************************************** Mary Becker, 87, of Topeka and formerly of Rochester, New York, died Thursday, May 22, 2014, in the home of her son, Mike Becker in Topeka.

She was born April 22, 1927, in Rochester, New York, to John and Bridget C. (McCarthy) Connell.

On April 26, 1947, in Rochester, New York, she married Donald J. Becker. He survives in Topeka.

Also surviving are a daughter, Sharon M. Valenti of Rochester, New York; two sons, Donald L. (Sandra) Becker of Bluffton, South Carolina and Mike (Jeanne) Becker of Topeka; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a brother, Donald J. (Carol) Connell of Salbury, Maryland.

She was preceded in death by two grandsons and eight brothers and sisters.

There will be no calling or services.

Burial will be in Eden Cemetery, Topeka.

Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel, State Road 9 North, Wolcottville, Indiana, is assisting the family with arrangements.
