Marjorie E. Leaders, 94, of Hudson died Thursday, February 20, 2020 in Northern Lakes Nursing Home in Angola.
She was born January 10, 1926 in Edgerton, Ohio to Cleo and Eleanor (Herman) Siebenaler.
She was a 1945 graduate of Edgerton High School.
On May 17, 1947 in Defiance, Ohio she married Charles H. Leaders. He preceded her in death on October 3, 1996.
Mrs. Leaders was a homemaker and had also work in the medical field, working in several hospital, nursing homes, and doctor's offices.
She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Angola.
Surviving are three daughters, Jill (Roger) Arnold of Hudson, Dolores (Herbert) Warner of Quincy, Michigan, Elisa (John) Wiley of Garrett; four sons, Duane Leaders of LaGrange, Darrell (Ella) Leaders of Wolcottville, Peter (Dolly) Leaders of Hillsdale, Michigan, and Joe (Darlene) Leaders of LaOtto; 17 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; six great great-grandchildren; and a sister,Shirley Bohner of Holgate, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by a son, Dennis Leaders; a brother, Meredith Siebenaler; a granddaughter, Susie Jane Waller; a daughter-in-law, Lorna Leaders; and two sons-in-law, Jerry Waller and Kenneth Burch.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 25, 2020, at 11 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 700 W. Maumee Street, Angola, with Fr. Robert Showers officiating. Burial will be in Clear Lake Lutheran Chapel Cemetery, Clear Lake.
Calling will be Monday, February 24, 2020 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Young Family Funeral Home, Hudson-Ashley Chapel, 612 North Main Street, Hudson where there will be a Rosary at 6:30 p.m. Calling will also be one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the church.
Preferred memorials may be directed to Northern Lakes Nursing Home Alzheimer's Unit, or Heartland Hospice.
Young Family Funeral Home, Hudson-Ashley Chapel, 612 North Main Street, Hudson is assisting the family with arrangements.
