Obituary

Marilyn JoAnn Ross, 87, of LaGrange died Sunday, May 10, 2020 at Life Care Center of LaGrange.

She was born November 27, 1932, in Battle Creek, Michigan, to Arthur J. and Genevieve A. (Flynn) Way.

She moved to this area in 1996, coming from Michigan.

Mrs. Ross retired as an LPN at Hickory Creek Nursing Home in Kendallville.

She was a member of the Rome City United Methodist Church.

Surviving are two daughters, Pam (Charles) Morgan of Niles, Michigan, and Robyn (Chuck) Barney of Florida; ten grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, A. Ray Ross; a son, Spencer "Skip" Thurman; a sister; a brother; and two half-brothers.

A graveside service, limited to 25 people, will be Thursday, May 14, 2020, at 10 a.m. at Rose Hill Cemetery in Albion.
