Funeral services will be Friday, December 19, 2014, at 11 a.m. in the Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery in Goshen at 2:30 p.m.

Calling will be Friday, December 19, 2014, from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the funeral home. ****************************************************************************** Marian J. Krebs, 89, of Angola died Monday, December 15, 2014, in Lakeland Nursing Center, Angola.

She was a graduate of Goshen High School and Goshen College. She received her master's degree from St. Francis College in Fort Wayne.

Prior to moving to Angola, Mrs. Krebs resided north of South Milford. She taught school at Wolcott Mills Elementary in Wolcottville from 1962 through 1985.

She was a member of the Woodruff Grove United Methodist Church near Wolcottville. She was also a member of the National Education Association, Indiana State Teachers Association, and the Red Hat Society.

She was born April 17, 1925, in Goshen to Harry and Leanna (Bates) Blough.

On November 16, 1943, in New Madrid, Missouri, she married Paul Krebs. He preceded her in death in January, 2006.

She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Harry and Mari Jo Krebs of Angola and Gary and Pat Krebs of Wolcottville; two daughters and sons-in-law, Luanne and Dan Putnam of Fort Myers, Florida, and Lori and Paul Herman of Hudson; eight grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Shirley Hall of Goshen.

She was also preceded in death by a brother, Duane Blough.

Funeral services will be Friday, December 19, 2014, at 11 a.m. in the Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel, State Road 9 North, Wolcottville with Rev. David Matthews of Woodruff Grove United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery, 427 North First Street, Goshen at 2:30 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Harry Krebs, Lance Krebs, Beau Krebs, Cole Krebs, Kain Krebs, Chad Davis, and Logan Paris.

Calling will be Friday, December 19, 2014, from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the funeral home.
