Margie May Burrell, 74, of Angola, Indiana died Friday, November 10, 2023, at Auburn Village Nursing Home in Auburn.

She was born December 26, 1948, in Auburn to Nelson "Tim" and Clara (Sanders) Rowlison.

On July 16, 1977, at their home in Angola surrounded by family and friends she married Donald Richard Burrell.

She was a cake decorator at Meijer and a recess aid at Carlin Park Elementary School in Angola.

Surviving are a daughter, Leslie Burrell of Angola; and a grandson, Kayson Croom of Angola.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald R. Burrell on November 7, 2021; her parents; a sister, Beverly Howe; and two brothers, Billy Lee Rowlison and Jack Rowlison.

Celebration of life services will be Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. at Life Changing Church, 2201 North Wayne Street, Angola.

Visitation will also be on Saturday beginning at 2:30 p.m. until the time of the services also at the church.

Young Family Funeral Home, Hudson-Ashley Chapel, 612 North Main Street, Hudson is assisting the family with arrangements.
