Marcia A. Fuleki, 59, of St. Joe died Tuesday, August 18, 2009, in her residence. She had been in failing health since January.

Mrs. Fuleki had worked at the Oasis Tavern in St. Joe. She enjoyed collecting McCoy pottery and crocheting, and was a graduate of East Noble High School.

She was born August 1, 1950, in Garrett, to Harry and Joann (Blech) Rissner. On December 15, 1972, she married Gary W. Fuleki. He survives in St. Joe.

Also surviving are a son, Christopher Fuleki of Wawaka; three daughters, Dawn Bowman of Kendallville, Carrie Fuleki of Garrett, and Gail Smith of Fort Wayne; five grandchildren; and two brothers and a sister-in-law, Kenny and Diane Rissner of Kendallville and George Rissner of Avilla.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, John Rissner.

Funeral services will be Saturday, August 22, 2009, at 10 a.m. in the Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville, with Rev. Brent Wedding officiating. Burial will be in Covington Memorial Gardens in Fort Wayne.

Preferred memorials are to the American Cancer Society or the Multiple Schlerosis Association.

Calling is Friday, August 21, 2009, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
