Obituary

Lukis Szander (Chuck) Kern , 2, of Corunna, died unexpectedly Monday, August 16, 2010, in the emergency room at Parkview Noble Hospital, Kendallville.

Lukis was born December 11, 2007, in Kendallville to Brad and Angie (Anderson) Kern.

Surviving are his father and mother of Corunna; a brother, Phoenix Biscuso of Corunna; a sister, Teesha Kern of Hamilton; maternal grandmother, Janet Anderson of Muncie; maternal grandparents, Randy and Anne Anderson of LaGrange; maternal great grandmother, Bonnie Anderson of Wolcottville; paternal grandparents, Edward and Pat Kern of Kendallville; his bestest bud, A.J.; and his dog, Fritter.

"We love you, Chuck. May you always be warm and have sweet dreams."

Funeral services will be Thursday, August 19, 2010, at 7 p.m. in Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel, State Road 9 North, Wolcottville with Rev. Carolyn Kern officiating.

Calling is Thursday, August 19, 2010, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
