Linda Lou Lett, 82, of Fort Wayne died Monday, December 18, 2023, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.

She was born December 9, 1941, in Hicksville, Ohio, to Hubert Wilson and LaVerne Louise (Bowman) Yagel.

On December 3, 1958, in Montpelier, Ohio, she married Larry G. Lett.

Mrs. Lett was a homemaker. She enjoyed doing word search puzzles and watching "Gunsmoke" on television.

Surviving are her husband, Larry G. Lett of Fort Wayne; a daughter, Terry J. (Robert) Smith of Crestview, Florida; two sons, Jimmy D. (Theresa) Lett of Kendallville and Jeffrey A. (Sonya) Lett of Bourbon; four grandsons, Michael Lett, Joshua Smith, John Lett, and James Lett; a sister, Caroline Rohrbaugh of Defiance, Ohio; and a brother, Roger L. Yagel of Montpelier, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold Yagel and Marvin Yagel.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at 11 a.m. at Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville with Pastor Scotty Ritchie of Grace Christian Church in Kendallville officiating.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery in Montpelier, Ohio.
