Lien Hoa Valenti, 68, of Fort Wayne died unexpectedly Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at her residence with her husband at her side.

She was born July 12, 1954 in Ty Hoă, Vietnam to Būi Dôt and Do Thi Chuc. She married the love of her life, John Valenti, Jr..

Lien was a homemaker and a seamstress. She enjoyed gardening and dearly loved her family, especially her grandchildren.

Also surviving are a daughter, Angelia Linh (Chris) Carter of Kendallville; two sons, John Edward Valenti, III and Timothy James Valenti both of Kendallville; twelve grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Adriana Lan Valenti on December 26, 2020.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 12, 2023 from 4 to 5 p.m. at Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville.

Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery at a later date.
