Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, March 23, 2015, at 11 a.m. in St. Gaspar Catholic Church, Rome City.

Calling is Monday, March 23, 2015, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church. **************************************************************************************** Leseley Marks, 68, of Butler and formerly of Wolcottville died Thursday, March 19, 2015, in DeKalb Health in Auburn.

She had worked at Millennium in Ligonier. She then worked at the Laurels of DeKalb in Butler as the activities director until May, 2008.

Mrs. Marks was a member of St. Gaspar Catholic Church in Rome City where she served as a lector. She was also a member of the Rome City American Legion Post 381 Auxiliary.

She taught third-grade and eighth-grade CCD at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Auburn for ten years. She wrote, "Encounter with the Church" and an accompanying workbook for CCD.

She was born November 4, 1946, in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, to Lester and Katherine (Ruffner) Carnahan. They preceded her in death. She was raised by Richard and Katherine Jehl, and they preceded her in death.

On February 15, 1965, in Fort Wayne she married Jack Lilly. He preceded her in death on March 7, 1995. Then on May 3, 2003, in Fort Wayne she married Gary Marks. He preceded her in death on March 20, 2006.

Surviving are three sons, Richard Lilly of Auburn, Jack Lilly, Jr. of Butler, and Michael Lilly of Hamilton; four grandchildren; two sisters, Candace Dielman of Troy, Ohio, and Patricia Ingmire of Fort Wayne; and a brother, Michael Jehl of Butler.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, March 23, 2015, at 11 a.m. in St. Gaspar Catholic Church, Rome City with Father Bernard Ramenaden officiating. Burial will be in St. Gaspar Catholic Cemetery.

Calling is Monday, March 23, 2015, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church.

Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel, State Road 9 North, Wolcottville is assisting the family with arrangements.

Preferred memorials are masses to the church.
