Obituary

Laura Louise Carver, 85 of Kendallville went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 27, 2013, at 7:50 a.m. in Parkview Noble Hospital.

She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Avilla and a lifetime member of Kendallville Eagles Lodge 985.

She was born on December 9, 1927, in Noble County to Gerald & Florence M. (Rimmel) Weimer.

Surviving are five daughters, Joyce (Melvin) Conrad of Davenport, Florida, Deborah L. (Bill) Allen of Avilla, Martha Louise Crisp of California, Juanita Hill of Kendallville, and Dianna Sue (Steven) Barth of Auburn; two sons, Phillip E. (Rita) Weimer of Kendallville and Grover (Sherrie) Yontz, Jr. of Avilla; 14 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; and 15 great great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Duane Carver; a brother; four sisters; a granddaughter; and a great granddaughter.

There will be no visitation or services.

Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville is assisting the family with arrangements.
