Obituary

Kris A. Sells, 37, of Kendallville died Saturday, August 13, 2011, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. She had been ill for several years.

She attended Prairie Heights High School.

Kris enjoyed fishing and reading. She dearly loved her dog, Chanel. Her nieces and nephews were the joy of her life.

She was born October 13, 1973, in Marion to Floyd B. Sells, Sr. and Susan (Chaney) Sells.

Surviving are her mother, Susan Sells of Kendallville; three sisters, Debbie (Alan) Chapman of Rome City, Tamara (Earl) Terry of Butler, and Ronnetta (Amadeo) Aguilar of Indianapolis; two brothers, Floyd (Angel) Sells, Jr. of Kendallville and Joe (Kassie) Sells of Kendallville; 12 nieces and nephews, Zac Chapman, Jordan Chapman, Alyssa Chapman, Brennen Storey, Tanner Sells, Evan Sells, Taylor Sells, Katelyn Sells, Miranda Sells, Elizabeth Sells, Floyd Michael Sells, and Aarika Roman; and a great nephew, Alex Mora.

She was preceded in death by her father, Floyd B. Sells, Sr. on April 25, 2000.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 16, 2011, at 11 a.m. in Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel, 222 South State Street, Kendallville with Pastor Dwight Gosser of New Life Christian Center in Bristol officiating. Burial will be in South Milford Cemetery.

Calling is Monday, August 15, 2011, from 3-5 and 6-8 p.m. in the funeral home and one hour prior to services on Tuesday.
